VOICE will NOT be meeting for the next couple of months – our NEXT meeting will be Thursday, August 13th at the Glendale ABIL office, 6829 North 57th Avenue, Glendale, AZ 85301.
April’s annual picnic was a great success. Thanks to everyone who came out and enjoyed the beautiful weather and the good food.
Our next scheduled VOICE meeting will be in June and it will be our annual Diamondback baseball game. We have selected Wednesday, June 3rd as the game we will be attending, where we will be playing the Atlanta Braves at 12:40 pm.
Please let me know no later than May 20th if you would like tickets. The tickets will be $5 per ticket and must be paid prior to the June 3rd game. If I have not received your money prior to picking up the tickets at the game on June 3rd, you will not have a ticket.
Please send your check/money to Janene Werner, 3656 W Libby St., Glendale, AZ 85308.
I will meet everyone at the game and hand each of you your tickets that day before the game. Please be on time because I don’t want to wait out in the heat for you (nor do I want you to wait in the heat for me) – I will be there at Noon.
